CSR at Del Monte is well integrated with our working lives. On one hand it involves partnering with over 5000 partner farmers round the year to improve their farm incomes from 25-30%, improving productivity of their farms, imparting training & technical knowledge to improve the yield, etc. On the other hand, it helps us in bringing smiles on the faces of over a thousand young children at the Satya Bharti & Zilla Parishad Schools and shelter homes by supporting their education & well being. Our employees willingly contribute their time to year-round CSR activities in their work locations. This forms a part of our employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

Del Monte has adopted eight schools / institutions i.e. three Satya Bharti Schools, two Zilla Parishad Schools & two Panchayat Union Primary Schools & an orphanage. These institutions are located closer to our areas of operations / facilities across the country. The CSR agenda / initiatives for these schools / institutions are broadly based on the below mentioned themes, which are derived as per the needs & aspirations of the children / school. As a policy, all our employees get a 1-day paid leave to participate in volunteering activities. Our employees actively participate in various volunteering activities at these schools as well as for our workers at our facilities / factories.
