REVISED MRP DUE TO GST REDUCTIONS
The Government of India on 17th September 2025 has notified rationalization of the GST rates.
The existing slabs of 12% and 28% have been discontinued to be replaced with a simplified two-
rate structure of 5% and 18% slabs with effect from 22nd September 2025.
Below mentioned is the impact on the Products of Del Monte Foods Private Limited (“Del Monte”):
A. Products that have no impact:
Certain products of Del Monte Foods like Canned Cherries & Edible Oils- Canola/Pomace/Olive/Groundnut/Mustard/Coconut shall continue to be invoiced at the existing GST rate of 5%, while Brewed Vinegar will remain taxable at 18%.
B. Products with revised GST Rate:
Del Monte Foods Products where revised GST rates will come into effect from 22nd September 2025:
